I had an overall good experience and received the tools I need to stay sober if I use them. The program could be better structured and some of the staff need closer management. Certain techs take short cuts and do not take their jobs seriously. Others are very good and thorough. Overall the staff was very caring. They allow you to stay in touch with them personally and reach out in the future. It is my only experience with inpatient treatment and I've heard some horror stories of other treatment programs so I would recommend this place based on my experience.

This place was great for me. Very laid back. Jude the counselor was the greatest. Loves his groups. But north ridge really wants you to succeed and everyone here is focused on helping you achieve your sobriety goals. Jude definitely need a big raise.

Coming to NATC was the best decision I made for myself. ALL the staff are wonderful, kind, caring and were welcoming from the start. All my fears of getting treatment out of state went away instantly when I felt how welcoming they all work. They genuinely care and are passionate about what they are doing and are excellent at their job. Everyone I have met, staff and my peers alike are family now and I have made lifetime connections.
